If your shipment is taking at least a week longer than expected, and the tracking information doesn't appear to show what is causing the delay, it would be best to file a claim with the shipping carrier. You may need our shipping address to file a claim. Here is our shipping address:

After you have filed a claim, if the shipping carrier has concluded that your shipment has been lost, please reach out to our support team and provide the claim number. We would be more than happy to reship your order (as long as it is still in stock). If what you ordered is no longer in stock, we would be happy to either ship you an item of equal value, or provide a full refund for the missing item(s) in your order.
