What are your shipping limitations?

Muse Kits ships worldwide (with a few exceptions listed at the bottom), for an additional shipping fee!

Attention customers in Mexico, Central America, Africa, Asia and Eastern Europe! It is possible that your box could go missing, be destroyed, or show up 1 - 2 months late. We unfortunately can not offer replacements or refunds for lost or damaged international shipments.

Shipping is $5 USD per shipment for all subscriptions, gift plans, previous project, and bundles, throughout the United States. Shipping is $15 USD per shipment for all subscriptions, gift plans, previous project, and bundles, outside of the United States.

For all International Shipments (out of the US): Please be aware that your item may be held at customs for inspection, delaying the delivery time, and you may be charged a customs fee or import tax or similar. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about customs clearance - each individual country has its own customs laws and make the importer (the buyer - you!) responsible for these fees.

The countries that are not covered under our shipping policies are:

South Africa and United Arab Emirates

Our shipping carriers are also currently unable to ship to Russia and Ukraine.
