Our refund policies vary by the type(s) of purchase(s) being made. Please see below for our existing refund policies:
- For One-Time Collaboration Purchases: If you would like to receive an immediate refund, it must be requested prior to the order(s) having entered the shipping process. We do not offer refunds on boxes that have already entered the shipping process, nor do we accept returns.
- For One-Time Non-Collaboration Purchases: If you would like to receive an immediate refund, it must be requested prior to the order(s) having entered the shipping process.
- Subscriptions For New Subscribers: Please see our First Box Guarantee
- Subscriptions For Renewing Subscribers: Subscribers are automatically renewed at the end of each pay period, but are able to cancel their subscription at any time. If a subscriber forgets to cancel their subscription, we allow them to cancel their subscription and also receive a refund after the subscription renews, as long as the first box of the renewed subscription hasn't entered the shipping process.
- For all orders that do not qualify for the First Box Guarantee: We do not offer refunds on boxes that have already entered the shipping process, nor do we accept returns.
