How do I receive a refund?

• If you would like to receive a refund, you can receive a refund prior to your order being processed for shipment. We do not offer refunds on boxes that have already been processed for shipping. Nor do we accept returns.
• Please be aware that if your order is canceled and refunded, your position in receiving the box will be forfeit. This is a limited quantity sale.
• We do not offer refunds on digital downloads
• For refunds on bundles, only the kit can be refunded (prior to your order being processed for shipment, as mentioned above). The refunded amount will be the full amount minus the full price of a digital download (e.g. Bundle cost of $49.99 USD - Digital Download cost of $22.99 USD = Refunded Amount of $27.00 USD)
